Searching for a Clandestine Grave From 1944

This fall, a person named Steve reached out to KYK9 seeking help to find his missing grandfather. When asked, "How long has your grandfather been missing?", Steve replied, "Since 1944." That is the year his grandfather died, destitute and homeless, leaving behind his wife and three children.

His wife died 44 years later in 1988. Recently, Steve went to visit his grandmother's grave and discovered that his grandfather was not buried with her. Steve started investigating and found no record of his grandfather's burial.

Historical accounts indicate that his grandfather's body was stolen from the funeral home by his family in the middle of the night, because they could not afford to pay for his burial. He was buried secretly and nobody knows the location. K9 Remy, seen in the photos, and K9 Pocket are working hard to find grandpa.
